Greg and Louise bought the business in 2016 & Greg jumped straight into his love of making gourmet sausages. He is constantly changing the sausage flavours each week with some favourites being Potato, Leek & Bacon, San Choy Bow & Spinach, Fetta & Pinenut. With over 60 flavours, be sure to check social media each week for what's on offer.

We also source specialty products that you won't find in supermarkets. Olives, pastes, rubs, oils, sauces & fresh pasta from smaller producers are available.
